• Payments are due before or on the 1st day of the month, unless otherwise stated in your lease.
• Payments may be made with personal check*, money order, cashier’s check, or paid by credit/debit card on the Property Management Tenant App.

*After two NSF checks, personal checks will not be accepted. Tenant will be responsible for all related fees, as

stated in the lease agreement.

• Cash is not accepted for the safety of our office staff.
• Late Fees will be charged at 5% of the outstanding balances when applicable per the lease.
• Monies collected for payments will be applied in the following manner:

Renters:

1. Late Fees

2. Other outstanding fees (i.e. Utilities)

3. Rent

Installment Sales:

1. Late Fees

2. Other outstanding fees (i.e. Utilities)

3. Taxes & Insurances

4. Interest

5. Principle
