Guests, and Visitors

BSB Rentals LLC, Legacy Leasing LLC, Maison Rentals LLC, and Sanron Properties LLC have a “No Pets” policy in place. Though not often, exceptions may be made through an application and approval process. Very specific criteria must be met for a pet to be accepted, including but not limited to an insurance policy with the landlord named as an interested party.

Pet Approval Process

• All pets must be approved by the property owners through the Property Managers prior to moving in.

Allowed Pets

• Evaluated and approved or denied on individual basis

• No aggressive breeds are permitted.

Pet Fees and Deposits

• A non-refundable pet fee may be required upon acceptance of the pet.

• A refundable pet deposit may also be required.

Pet Behavior Guidelines

• Pets must be kept on a leash when not in a fenced yard.

• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.

Noise, Disturbance, or Destruction

• Excessive noise or disturbance from pets will not be tolerated.

• Tenants will be responsible for all damages to the inside and outside of the premises. Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in penalties and/or termination of the lease.
